You are what you eat.

I believe what you eat is your choice. I have consciously stopped eating “things with feet” and only consume the occasional dairy ingredient or seafood dish. That said, it is very clear the world would be a better place if we all ate less animal products. This video does a good job of showing the benefits (health, environmental + animal well-being) of a diet rich in plant-based foods. Here’s to healthier eating in 2012 and beyond!
